Lisa Perlman is an ICF PCC Certified Executive Coach, a Clinical Social Worker and Certified Coach Supervisor.
She has over 40 years of healthcare and leadership experience and is passionate about coaching all levels of leaders both individually and in group and team settings.
She has been coaching leaders for over 12 years both in New York and Los Angeles, and is currently an Executive Coach and the leader and designer of CHLA’s Individual and Group Coaching program as well as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant.
Prior to this, Lisa was a Clinical and Operational Leader at New York Presbyterian as well as several other major NYC hospitals.
Lisa lived in New York City for over 35 years and has been happily living in Southern California for the past 7 years, spending most of her time continuing her work in the healthcare arena as an Executive Coach and the leader and designer of CHLA’s Individual and Group Coaching program as well as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant.
