Individual Coaching

Coaching is known to boost confidence, improve work performance and build effective communication skills.

My coaching style is aligned with ensuring that you can bring your authentic self to work and be compassionate in all aspects of your leadership.

I provide Individual Coaching Sessions that run 60-90 minutes bi-weekly for 6 months, depending upon the circumstance and needs of the client.

Use of assessment tools for goal setting and leadership development.

Work with each client using a variety of coaching modalities that they choose.
